The Magog Cantonniers hockey team and the Memphremagog Fire Department will be joining forces for the National Fire Prevention week happening from October 9 to October 15 in order to promote safety in their community.
The Fire Department will be on hand during the Cantonniers game on October 9, hosting an information booth and spreading the word on how to prevent fires or what to do when one occurs.
Fans on hand will not only be able to get prevention information but also participate in draws for a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher.
