RSEQ Football: Bishop’s and Sherbrooke meet this weekend in Mayor’s Cup

October 6, 2011

It may seem like just days ago that Sherbrooke and Bishop’s opened the season for this year’s RSEQ football league, but it’s been just over a month since the two teams met back on September 4, and a lot has changed since that 25-23 victory by the Vert & Or.

As the temperature chills, action at the Lennoxville Curling Club is starting to heat up. The club will be fully operational for the 2011-12 season on October 11, leading into the first event and arguably one of the most popular ones, the Borough Bonspiel. The opening tournament will take place from October 14 to 22. This community-oriented event is open to anyone and targets new curlers to get involved and try out the great game.
