ETSB agenda; new hires and elections

New staff, an election bid and several other highlights filled the agenda Tuesday night at the monthly meeting of the Eastern Townships School Board (ETSB) council of commissioners in Magog.
Topping the meeting was the announcement that ETSB Chairman Michael Murray will be running for the position of President of the Quebec English School Boards Association (QESBA).
Bishops University President Michael Goldbloom, will be moderating the debate between the QESBA presidential candidates, Murray, Carolyn Curiale and David D’Aoust during QESBA’s professional development session and annual general meeting in Sherbrooke on October 28-29. The elections will take place shortly after.
