Sherbrooke’s public transit provider inaugurated its new terminal Monday morning in front of the Léopold-Drolet Palais des Sports.
The Société de transport de Sherbrooke’s new terminal is now in operation, complete with 12 new bus docks, a public washroom, a waiting room and free access to the Internet. The new Station du Cégep is the central terminal for 14 different bus lines in Sherbrooke.
The new terminal cost just under $3 million to renovate, much of which was financed by Transport Quebec.
