Record Staff – A few days before the 2018 draft of the Quebec AAA Senior Hockey League, the Windsor Wild has traded again.
This time it was with the Waterloo Maroons that the transaction was made. The Wild is sending tough guy Jordan Turcotte and a fifth-round draft pick to the Waterloo team in exchange for defenseman Francis Robichaud.
A 22-year-old native of Granby, Robichaud played 20 games with the Maroons last season and amassed 12 points while spending just 2 short minutes in the penalty box. See full story in the Monday, July 9 edition of The Record.
