According to Lennoxville resident Allison Connelly, running on fumes isn’t enough to get an oil delivery from Ultramar these days. The recent cold snap has led to an increase in consumption for home owners who heat with oil. While most are on a regular filling schedule, those in need of an additional top up are desperately close to being left in the cold, Connelly said.
