Not able to get together with their friend Taylor Matthews to celebrate her sixth birthday because of the restrictions currently in place to fight the spread of COVID-19, Alice and Charlotte Cox decided to take a creative approach.
Knowing that Taylor and her mom would be heading down the road on the way to and from school on Tuesday, the sisters set up a sign to wish her a happy birthday and enjoyed some physically distanced cupcakes, outdoors, at the end of the day.
