On Tuesday morning the ASPE, the Eastern Townships’ association for people living with multiple sclerosis (MS), announced the creation of a new benefitsoftball tournament that will be held in partnership with the team behind Sherbrooke’s well-known Pif Classic. Set to take place for the first time this coming Aug. 27 to 29, the fundraising event will bring together 20 teams from across Quebec to play at Sherbrooke’s Quintal Park.
“As you can probably guess, all of the funds raised through the Coupe ASPE will be used to improve our front-line intervention plan and welcome even more people who have been diagnosed (with MS)” said René McKay, director of the ASPE.
