Additional support for restaurants and fitness centres affected by closures

The Economic Development Coordination Office for the City of Sherbrooke has announced additional support measures available to restaurants and fitness centres that had resumed their activities but had to close again because of the Eastern Townships’ transition to a red zone.
The new support comes from the Quebec government’s Ministère de l’Économie et de l’Innovation, and consists of loan forgiveness of up to $10,000 per establishment to cover costs incurred and considered necessary for the reopening of the business.
