Alix Durocher plays the hero at the end of the third period

Alix Durocher chose the right moment to score his seventh goal of the season for the Cantonniers de Magog on Friday. There were 58 seconds left in the third period of the game when he scored the goal that gave his team a 5-3 victory over the Élites de Jonquière.
The 769 noisy spectators present at the Magog arena jumped out of their seats when this goal was scored.
It’s worth noting that the Cantonniers players had been buzzing around Justin Giguère’s net for several long minutes towards the end of the period. He received 42 shots over the course of the game.
