The Regional Hockey League standings are very close and there are currently some strong teams battling to improve their position, including the Desjardins-Windsor Wild.
With six consecutive wins, the Desjardins-Windsor Wild have climbed to second place in the standings with 22 points compared to 23 for the Coaticook Dynamik Service agricole.
In their winning streak, Windsor has defeated Coaticook twice and no further games are scheduled between these two rivals until the end of the regular season.
It will be important for the Wild to win this Friday when they host the new DLC team from La Guadeloupe en Beauce.
