Locals may have noticed a strange looking car driving around the area recently with a big antenna and camera lenses. According to the Apple company, mapping cars are currently touring the area to capture road details, signage and landmarks for the Apple map app. The cars have been driving all across Canada since the beginning of May. The information collected will be worked on by the company’s mapping team in Cupertino, California and published in a future product update.
