Another cell tower dispute is brewing. This time it concerns Videotron’s plan to erect an 81-metre self-supporting radio-communications tower that is the equivalent of a 25-storey building at the high point of Shuttleworth Road in Austin on lot 1571, an area that is not simply land protected by the CPTAQ (Commission sur la Protection de Territoires Agricoles du Québec) but is actually an operating farm.
