Ayer’s Cliff Community Christmas Baskets

Record Staff

Grade 5 and 6 students from Ayer’s Cliff Elementary School joined a dozen volunteers at Beulah United Church on Friday to help sort and prepare Christmas baskets for local families in need during the holiday season. Non-perishable items, and monetary donations had been collected since October by local merchants and their clients as well as church members from Beulah United Church, St. George’s Anglican Church and Ayer’s Cliff Elementary School students. Food was unpacked, sorted and re-packed into 26 different boxes to be distributed in time for families in the community to have for Christmas.
