Record Staff – The Beaulieu Farmers’ Market just south of Lennoxville has begun a new chapter as founders Luc Beaulieu and Martine Loignon have carefully prepared a transition to new ownership. The new owners are François Gagnon, the chef and baker at the market for the past seven years, Josée Gaudet and Jacques Blain, the owners of Les Vallons Maraîchers in Compton, Jean-François Foucault , current manager of public markets at Les Vallons Maraîchers, and communications specialist Jean-François Quirion.
