Bibeau shuffled off of Francophonie file

Compton-Stanstead MP and Minister of International Development Marie-Claude Bibeau was one of the ministers impacted by Wednesday’s Liberal cabinet shuffle. Formerly also the Minister responsible for the Francophonie, Bibeau passed that torch on to Mélanie Joly, who has become Minister of Tourism, Official Languages, and La Francophonie in place of her former role as Minister of Canadian Heritage.
