The section of the Route Verte bike path between the old Lennoxville Golf Club and the Bishop’s University campus was closed yesterday until the end of the month of September in order for work to get started on the installation of a lighting system.
For the duration of the work cyclists and pedestrians are being detoured via Queen and College Streets. Cyclists are encouraged to walk their bicycles, on the sidewalk, between William-Paige Street and the Bishop’s Bridge.
