Bishop’s students opt for an Alternative Spring Break

By Matthew McCully – Not all students chose to spend their spring break poolside down south, hitting the slopes, or catching up on sleep. Three Bishop’s students decided to continue their studies, but out in the community instead of in the classroom.
The ‘Alternative Spring Break’, which falls under the Business Service Learning Project course at BU, is a new program designed to give business students an opportunity to use their March break to do something valuable and meaningful in the community.
