Wednesday night Eric Akbar Manolson will be conducting an interactive workshop on music therapy entitled “The Power of Music to Inspire & Heal” at Bishop’s University’s Bandeen Hall, hosted by the university’s Music Department. Known in the Townships largely for his work in community development, Manolson has planned this workshop drawing on decades of experience as a musician working with people in hospitals, seniors’ residences and other therapeutic contexts over the last thirty years.
