While there was a lot of confusion about Halloween this year because of some municipalities choosing to postpone trick or treating, ultimately the event is about getting dressing up and having fun. Those who didn’t or couldn’t make it out Thursday night will undoubtedly have opportunities Friday for some scares and some treats.
