Bouffe ton Centro, downtown Sherbrooke’s annual summer food festival, will return on August 3, 2019 for its seventh edition. This year, the annual celebration of local cuisine and the potential of the city’s core has teamed up with the Espace Centro Consortium of EXP and the Custeau Group that is at the helm of the Well Sud redevelopment project as its primary sponsor to underline the support of downtown businesses for the push to bring new life to Wellington Street.
