Record Staff – Sherbrooke’s downtown food festival ‘Bouffe ton Centro” is back for its sixth edition this Saturday, August 4, from 11 am to 7 pm. More than 16,000 food lovers are expected to gather on Wellington St. North to celebrate their love of good food and discover the fine products of more than sixty local exhibitors. Thanks to the hard work of the Downtown Sherbrooke Business Association and Commerce Sherbrooke, the festival promises a more organic and lively program in the heart of the city.
