While students learn about plenty of subjects in the classroom, there are important life lessons lying right outside in the real world, and Farnham Elementary is trying to share these experiences through its boys’ club pilot project.
The boys’ club, also referred to as the gentlemen’s club by the school, teaches male students about baking, cooking, cleaning, using a grill and most recently, how to change a tire. The club kicked off just before March break, according to project lead volunteer Nicholas Roberts.
