Coaticook Physiotherapist Charles Poulin announced on Tuesday morning that he wants to be the next face of the Quebec Liberal Party (PLQ) in the Saint-Francois Riding. Poulin’s announcement came on the heels of last Friday’s news that the current Member of the National Assembly (MNA) for the riding, Guy Hardy, will be retiring from politics after his current mandate. “I have been considering making the jump into Provincial politics for some time,” Poulin noted, “it is not a decision I have made lightly, but I feel I am ready.” See full story in the Wednesday, Jan. 24th edition of The Record.
