Coaticook Valley Fair

Apparently Friday was a good day at the Coaticook Valley Expo. But Saturday was show day for Holstein calves and heifers, making the short trek from stable to show ring. Menacing clouds opened and as noon approached, torrential rain took over the afternoon, essentially causing worry that the evening truck and tractor pulling competition could be cancelled, swamping the midway, and driving, the few fair goers braving the deluge, to run for shelter.
