By Emilie Hackett, Special to the Record – Stanstead will be the home of a fun-filled Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 20, at 10 a.m. Hosted at the Museum at 535, Dufferin Street, in Stanstead, all are welcome to the free, family-oriented event. There will be many activities offered in the Museum following the egg hunt. “The event is a collaboration between the Colby-Curtis Museum, the Haskell Free Library, and the Phelps Helps Literacy Family Program,” explained Katie Lowry, Phelps Helps’ executive director. “The egg hunt incorporates a fun puzzle for the families to solve, and the activities inside the museum are focused on games and reading. We’ll be joined by a Phelps Helps animator, guides from the Museum, and a youth coordinator from Haskell Library.” See full story in the Thursday, April 18 edition of The Record.
