Compton-Stanstead candidates’ debate – Wednesday at 7 p.m.

On Wednesday, Sept 23, The Record will host a debate between the political candidates of the Compton-Stanstead riding.

The event, taking place at 7 p.m. at the Amédée-Beaudoin Community Centre in the borough of Lennoxville, will give the public an opportunity to hear the platforms of the local candidates and ask questions regarding issues that are relevant to the region.

The event will be moderated by well-known Townshipper Heather Keith, and will include a round of questions from The Record and other local media, as well as a round of questions from the public.
The event will be bilingual, with questions and answers welcomed in English or in French.
