A small but varied crowd turned out to watch the beginning of demolition work on the old Hotel Wellington building on Wednesday. Among those who took in Sherbrooke’s newest spectator sport were local workers and residents, grandparents with their young grandchildren, and a host of local amateur and professional photographers.
