Do you know your maple trivia?

Record Staff

Locals who stopped by Square Queen in Lennoxville on Saturday were invited to participate in a maple taste test, but their maple knowledge was also put to the test thanks to a quiz provided by the Easter Townships Resource Centre.

Close to 20 people took the quiz, and many found the questions challenging and were curious about the answers, so The Record thought it best to publish the quiz in full, along with the answers.

While none of the quiz-takers got all 10 questions right, many scored well, and all the participants’ names were put into a draw for a basket of maple treats.

The winner was none other than Jessica Stacey.

Try your hand at the quiz and see how many answers you got right.
