Entreprendre Sherbrooke receives over $460,000 from feds
On Friday, Entreprendre Sherbrooke received over $460,000 from the federal government to help the para-municipal organization grow Sherbrooke’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. On Friday, Entreprendre Sherbrooke received over $460,000 from the federal government to help the para-municipal organization grow Sherbrooke’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. The announcement was made at the Coop Alentour distribution centre, which distributes natural and organic food products throughout Quebec. Coop Alentour is a client of Entreprendre Sherbrooke, the latter providing support and financial assistance to the organization, explained Coop Alentour directeur general Jean Hogue.
Present at the announcement was Pablo Rodriguez, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Quebec Lieutenant, along with Élisabeth Brière, Member of Parliament for Sherbrooke and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Mental Health and Addictions and Associate Minister of Health. They announced the funding on behalf of Pascale St-Onge, Member of Parliament for Brome‒Missisquoi, Minister of Sport and Minister responsible for Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED).
