By Matthew McCully – Five consecutive years of growth in Eastern Townships School Board (ETSB) enrollment has inevitably resulted in some growing pains. In addition to the pending plea for a new school in Drummondville, The ETSB adopted a resolution at Tuesday evening’s council of commissioners meeting requesting more space for Farnham Elementary School. During last month’s meeting the space issues and challenging layout of the school were mentioned several times. Based on projected enrollment for the coming years in Farnham, the school will require more space. “It’s long overdue,” commented ETSB Chairman Michael Murray.
