There were only three games played in the Quebec Major Baseball league this past weekend. The Shawinigan Cascades defeated the Victoriaville Cactus for the second time in two days by a score of 9 to 8 in eight innings. The Thetford Mines Blue Sox played a double header with mixed results, losing in Drummondville by a score of 7 to 3 against the Brock, then turning things around in Sherbrooke, winning by a score of 13 to 7 against the Expos.
