Record Staff – Mont Orford hosted its first-ever Snow White Challenge on Saturday, presented by Infiniti de Sherbrooke. The event, benefitting the Memphremagog Hospital Foundation, raised $11,120. Participants were able to venture onto the slopes of Mont Giroux and in Mont Orford National Park with snowshoes, fatbikes, crampons, and climbing skins. Pleased with the enthusiasm generated by the activity, the organizers have already confirmed that the event will be back in 2020. See full story in the Wednesday, Feb. 6 edition of The Record.
