Two games were held in the afternoon on Friday in Acton Vale. The Beavers lost to the Pirates of St-Jean-sur-Richelieu by a score of 6 to 4 and in Sherbrooke, and the Expos triumphed over the Big Bill of Coaticook 6 to 5. In the evening, the ABC U18 upset home fans in Victoriaville, disposing of the Cactus 4-0, while the Blue Sox pleased the crowd in Thetford Mines winning by a score of 7-2 over the Drummondville Brock.
