City of Sherbrooke will be starting four public works projects over the course of the coming week, three focused on the construction of new sidewalks and one involving the total reconstruction of Meilleur Street between Portland and O’Neil. Of these, only the work on Meilleur is expected to have any impact on road circulation and that mainly on the street itself until May 10, when the two westbound lanes of Portland Boulevard will need to be closed for three days.
These four projects are added to ten others that were begun last week and one carried over from the 2020 construction season, all of which can be viewed online at Sherbrooke.ca/travaux .
