Roughly 50 young English-speakers from across the province are currently participating in the second edition of the Bishop’s Forum, designed to develop their leadership skills, foster a sense of belonging in Quebec, and learn about the fundamental institutions of Quebec society. “Things are going very well,” said Russell Copeman, director of the week-long forum. “These are very engaged, articulate, passionate people,” Copeman said, explaining that a deliberate effort was made to include participants from across the province to reflect the geographic and cultural diversity of the population of Quebec.
