The lousy weather last Friday did not deter more than 100 seniors from getting out to a special fundraising activity supporting the three Houses of Hope owned by the Brome Missisquoi Youth Foundation (BMYF). Held at the TBL Community Centre, the organizing committee managed to raise almost 20 per cent of the $25,000 annual budget necessary for the organization to meet its share of responsibility in maintaining support services for youth at risk in the Montérégie region.
