It would be hard for anyone who has passed through Lennoxville to miss the fact that Global Excel Management (GEM), the health insurance claims management company located at 73 Queen Street, is in the middle of a significant expansion project. Asked about the project and what it means for the company and the people of Lennoxville, Patrick Slama, Vice President of Finance and Technology with GEM, explained that the work is a mix of consolidating a series of different property purchases over the years and giving the corporate headquarters of a worldwide business a little more breathing room.
