By Matthew McCully – The Fauteux family and its partners held an inauguration ceremony for the new seniors residence in Cowansville, Le Renaissance.
With facilities already in Lennoxville, Magog and Thetford Mines, the new residence in Cowansville is the forth addition to the company. The Cowansville location includes an indoor pool and bowling alley, as well as a baby grand piano in the dining room. According to Vincent Fauteux, Executive Director of the company, renting is going well. “Over 100 are rented already,” he said, explaining that the location has proven to be a big draw for interested renters.
