Habitat for ­Humanity ­recruiting low-­income families for housing in Lennoxville area

Record Staff – Habitat for Humanity Quebec (HHQ) is currently recruiting Sherbrooke families to find owners for its new construction in Lennoxville. The future owners will have to invest 500 hours of volunteering in the construction of their home and will become spokespeople for HHQ. The organization has also announced that Diane Desrosiers is now the Eastern Townships’ program coordinator. Having been a volunteer with HHQ for seven years, Desrosiers joined the team to help develop the non-profit organization’s activities in Sherbrooke.
