The population of Haute-Yamaska has been tasked with spreading kindness and compassion to loved ones and throughout the community during the Surfe la vague challenge.
The 21-day goodwill challenge was launched by the Comité des usagers et des résidents de la Haute-Yamaska, MRC de La Haute-Yamaska, city of Granby, CIUSSS de l’Estrie – CHUS, Cégep de Granby, as well as the CSS du Val-des-Cerfs and CDC Haute-Yamaska.
The goal is to strengthen the resilience of the community and individuals as they continue to deal with the new pandemic reality. The challenge is set to begin on March 7 and conclude 21 days later on March 27. There will be weekly challenges with a focus on mental health.
