Highway 410 in the home stretch

According to a media rep from the ministère des Transports du Quebec, work on the 410 extension is 85 per cent complete.
The final stretch of the highway, connecting Route 108 with the 143 is expected to be accessible to drivers by the end of 2020.
The exact date is still unknown, the rep said, adding there are a number of factors to consider, namely the weather. However, the MTQ is aiming to open up the final length of highway before the new year.
Work on the project will continue into 2021 as planned, the rep said, but the last minute fixes and fine tuning will not impede traffic in any major way once it opens.
