Wednesday evening the CHUS Users’ Committee will hold a discussion with Dr. Stéphane Tremblay, Director General of the CIUSSS de l’Estrie-CHUS. The talk will be preceded by the committee’s annual general meeting. “It’s really about the guest speaker,” explained Users’ Committee President Josée Rourke. “It should be interesting,” she said, adding that Tremblay will take questions from the public regarding regional health institutions. Rourke said that among the topics of discussion will be what changes can be expected at the CHUS, the state of emergency rooms and mental health services, and the challenges faced by the CHUS Fleurimont.
