Le Renaissance Manoir St-Francis resident Norma MacKinnon keeps spirits high by popping out to the edge of the property to wave to passersby in Lennoxville. “It’s nice just to see people in the outside world,” MacKionnon said. “We’re just observing our regulations here and not leaving the property,” she added. MacKinnon stood in the manor driveway and waved to people travelling on Queen street, trying to make the most of her time ‘under house arrest’.
