Gregory Kelley, Liberal Member of the National Assembly for Jacques-Cartier and Official Opposition Critic for Relations with English-Speaking Quebecers, was in the Townships on Wednesday to meet with representatives of the local English community. He met with members of the Townshippers’ Assocaiton in the morning and visited Phelps Helps in Stanstead in the afternoon. “This was my first opportunity to come out as the official critic for relations with English speaking Quebecers,” Kelley said, sharing that he was invited by the Townshippers’ Association. “I prefer coming out to visit communities where they are.” See full story in the Thursday, April 25 edition of The Record.
