By Matthew McCully – “People come from far and wide,” said James Allen, one of the organizers of the Kinnear’s Mills Celtic Festival.
“Now we’re kind of on the circuit,” he explained, for those regularly on the hunt for a fix of traditional music.
While the festival is now in its tenth year, Allen said that there has been a Celtic celebration of one kind or another in the town for at least the last 25 years, but it was usually a one-day event. See full story in the Friday, July 20 edition of The Record.
