Legion Branch 026 officially named HMCS Coaticook

By Matthew McCully – The Coaticook Legion, previously known as Branch 026, decided to officially name the branch, solidifying a part of the municipality’s history. During Tuesday’s council meeting, Legion First Vice-President Marc Dauphin presented the new charter to Coaticook Mayor Simon Madore, to, from now on, recognize the Legion as HMCS (His Majesty’s Canadian Ship) Coaticook (Branch 026).
