Fire ravaged the Vision Canine building on Wellington Street South in Lennoxville Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning, resulting in a total loss of the building. Although the 911 call came in around 9:20 p.m. the building burned through the night and fire inspectors were on scene on Wednesday morning to determine cause. No people or animals are reported to have been injured as a result of the blaze, but on Wednesday afternoon the Sherbrooke fire department told The Record that the matter was being transferred to the Sherbrooke Police for further investigation, implying that the cause may be criminal in nature. A communique was sent out late in the day from the Shebrooke Police on Wednesday, asking for anyone with information about the fire to contact them at 819-821-5555. Published in the Thursday, March 21 edition of The Record.
