By Emilie Hackett, Special to the Record – The RSEQ University Men’s Rugby Conference unveiled the 2018 major award winners and all-stars on Wednesday, Oct. 31. Bishop’s University’s scrumhalf Josh Bray was named the conference’s Most Outstanding Player and was selected for the first All-Star team for the second year in a row.
