L’Espérance accused of fraud, theft  in private complaint

Prominent Magog businessman André L’Espérance, owner of the Le Grand Cru tour boat, the Orford Express, and the OMG restaurant, has found himself in court following the filing of a private complaint accusing him of theft of more than $ 5,000 and having defrauded maintenance firm, Piervan of more than $5,000 in 2011. Piervan belongs to the Groupe Yvan Frappier. The parties involved gathered at the Sherbrooke courthouse on Tuesday morning for the laying of the charges.
